
According to the 2021 Diversity Profiling Report for Fortune 500 Companies, less than 10% of leadership positions were held by women. Similar studies indicate that nearly 40% of the time, women are also held to higher standards than their male counterparts.
While these numbers can be distorted based upon the reporting agency, it is quite evident that women are significantly outnumbered in the workplace, so it is imperative as women that we don’t add to the pressure by having unresolved and often self-sabotaging inner conflicts.
